(a) A holder of a license may not use or allow the use of any mark or label on a bottle, in which alcoholic liquor is kept for sale, that does not precisely and clearly indicate the nature of the contents of the bottle or that might in any way deceive any consumer as to the nature, composition, or quality of the contents. (b) If a licensee prepares infused beverages or batched cocktails, the preparation and labeling of the infused beverages or batched cocktails must comply with the rules established by the Commissioner and each batched or infused cocktail container must be clearly labeled with every ingredient and the date the infused beverage or batched cocktail was made.
