Confidentiality

(a) Information and data required by the Commissioner to be furnished in the application or background investigative process, or which
may otherwise be obtained by the Commissioner during the license application or renewal process is confidential and is exempt from the
Delaware Freedom of Information Act [Chapter 100 of Title 29].
(b) No part of the information and data described under subsection (a) of this section may be revealed except in the ordinary
administration of this chapter, upon the lawful order of a court of competent jurisdiction, or, with the approval of the Attorney General, to a
duly authorized law-enforcement agency.
