Contracts related to the operation of a marijuana establishment licensed under this chapter are enforceable. A contract entered into by a
licensed marijuana establishment or its employees or agents as permitted under a valid license, or by those who allow property to be used
by a licensed marijuana establishment, its employees, or its agents as permitted under a valid license, is not unenforceable on the basis that
cultivating, obtaining, manufacturing, distributing, dispensing, transporting, selling, possessing, or using marijuana is prohibited by federal
