Unlawful marijuana extraction, penalties; class G felony

(a) It is unlawful for a person, other than a marijuana product manufacturer complying with this chapter and department regulations, to
extract compounds from marijuana using solvents other than water, glycerin, propylene glycol, vegetable oil, or food grade ethanol (ethyl
alcohol).
(b) It is unlawful for a person to extract compounds from marijuana using ethanol in the presence or vicinity of open flame.
(c) Violation of this section is a class G felony.
