Interest of authority member or employee in projects

No member or employee of an authority shall acquire any interest, direct or indirect, in a project or in any property then or thereafter
included or planned to be included in a project, nor retain any interest direct or indirect in any property acquired subsequently to the
member's or employee's appointment or employment which is later included or to the member's or employee's knowledge planned to
be included in a project, nor shall the member or employee have any interest, direct or indirect, in any contract or proposed contract
for materials or services to by furnished or used in connection with any project. If any member or employee of an authority owns or
controls an interest, direct or indirect, in any property included in any project, which was acquired prior to the member's or employee's
appointment or employment, the member or employee shall disclose such interest and the date of acquisition thereof in writing to the
authority, and such disclosure shall be entered upon the minutes of the authority.
