(a) The kitchen shall be on an accessible level and be connected to the accessible route. (b) The kitchen in the dwelling unit shall have at least a 60-inch diameter turning space valued at 1 point. (c) The kitchen in the dwelling unit shall have all pull-out shelving valued at 1 point.
