Delaware Code § 30-5221

Penalties

Any person wilfully violating this chapter and not covered by any other penalty provision contained in this chapter, upon conviction,
shall be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding $500, or undergo imprisonment for a term not exceeding 1 year, or both. If the person
convicted is a corporation, any imprisonment imposed shall be served by the responsible corporate officer.
