Moving of unvaccinated cattle; exceptions

No person shall move cattle from any premise for other than immediate slaughter unless they have been vaccinated prior to reaching
the age of 8 months or unless such animal is negative to an authorized blood agglutination test for brucellosis made within a period of 30
days prior to the date of removal. Such restriction shall not apply to animals in accredited brucellosis-free herds.
