(a) Whoever violates § 7301 of this title shall, for each offense, be fined not more than $100 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both. (b) Prosecutions under this section shall be brought in the proper court of the county in which such cattle are sold, offered for sale, or delivered to a purchaser.
