Delaware Code § 3-3513

Violations and penalties

Whoever violates this chapter, or wilfully interferes with the Department of Agriculture or its duly authorized agents in the performance
of its or their duties, shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100 for every such violation. Justices of the peace shall have
jurisdiction over such violation.
