Special powers of the Commission

The Commission shall require that any person who is required to be licensed to participate in pari-mutuel harness racing, under the
jurisdiction of the Commission, be fingerprinted by the Commission or its designee for purposes of a criminal history check on such
applicant. Any person required by the Commission to be fingerprinted as part of the license application process shall also be responsible
for payment to the State Bureau of Identification for the cost of fingerprinting and conducting state and federal criminal history checks.
The State Bureau of Identification shall be the intermediary for the purpose of this section for the receipt of said federal criminal history
records.
