Vote requirement for ratification of amendments to United States Constitution

The General Assembly shall approve a proposed amendment to the United States Constitution by a majority of the members elected
to each House of the General Assembly in a roll call vote. The vote on the proposed amendment must be entered on the journals of each
House with the "ayes" and "nays" taken on the vote.
