All of the following positions set forth in this section shall specifically be exempt from Chapter 59 of this title, as well as any others allowed by Chapter 59 of this title: (1) Commissioner of Correction. (2) Deputy Commissioner of Correction. (3) Chiefs as established by this chapter, as well as any hereafter established, by the Commissioner, with the approval of the Governor.
