Requirement of registration with Selective Service System

All males born after January 1, 1960, must have registered with the Selective Service System in order to be eligible for any scholarship,
loan, grant or any program supported by the General Fund, or any subsequent fund developed by the State to provide educational assistance
to residents of the State or any other state.
