Penalties; jurisdiction

(a) Any person who wilfully violates this chapter or any of the rules shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished therefor
as the Court may direct.
(b) Any person who is convicted of a misdemeanor under subsection (a) of this section shall, for a period of 5 years, be ineligible for
appointment to, or employment in, a position in the state service, and if the person is an officer or employee of the State shall forfeit
the person's office or position.
(c) The Superior Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of violations of this chapter.
