Lobbying restrictions for a former member of the General Assembly

No person who served as a member of the General Assembly shall act as a lobbyist for compensation for a period of 1 year from the time
such person is no longer serving in office. Any person who knowingly violates this section shall be guilty of an unclassified misdemeanor.
