Monitoring recommendations

During each legislative session, committee staff shall do all of the following:
(1) Monitor legislation affecting the entity for at least 2 years after an entity's full review or focused review concludes.
(2) Periodically report to the Committee a proposed or actual legislative, policy, or regulation change, if any, relating to an entity
previously under full review or focused review, if the change may result in the Committee modifying a recommendation made during
the review.
