Delaware Code § 26-212

Compliance with laws, ordinances and charter

The Commission may, after hearing, upon notice, by order in writing, require every public utility to comply with the laws of this State
and any ordinance of any political subdivision thereof relating thereto, and to conform to the duties imposed upon it thereby or by the
provisions of its own charter, whether obtained under any general or special law of any state.
