Delaware Code § 26-210

Standards for measurement of supply of product; examinations and tests of product

The Commission may, after hearing, by order in writing, ascertain and fix adequate and reasonable standards for the measurement of
quantity, quality, pressure, initial voltage or other condition pertaining to the supply of the product or service rendered by any public
utility, and may prescribe reasonable regulations for examinations and tests of such product or service and for the measurement thereof.
