Delaware Code § 26-104

Removal of Commissioner

The Governor, with the advice and consent of the Senate, may remove any member of the Commission for neglect of duty or misconduct
in office, giving to the member a copy of the charges against such person and affording an opportunity of being publicly heard in person
or by counsel, upon 10 days' notice.
