(a) (1) This section applies to a lease when notice of a rent increase is provided on or after July 1, 2022, until July 1, 2027. (2) Any of the following may continue beyond July 1, 2027: a. A phased rent increase in effect under paragraph (d)(3) of this section. b. An agreement under paragraph (b)(1)c. of this section. (3) After July 1, 2027, this section continues to apply to rent increased under this section, including an additional rent increase under
