Landlord liens; distress for rent

(a) The right of the landlord of distress for rent is hereby abolished, except as otherwise provided herein.
(b) Unless perfected before the effective date of this Code, no lien on behalf of the landlord in the personal property and possessions
of the tenant shall be enforceable, except as otherwise provided herein.
