(7) Hold hearings and take such actions as are permitted under the provisions of the Administrative Procedures Act, Chapter 101 of Title 29, and this chapter. (8) Where it has been determined after a disciplinary hearing, that disciplinary action should be imposed, to designate and impose appropriate disciplinary action after time for appeal has lapsed. (9) Issue cease and desist orders, injunctive orders and/or seek the imposition of other civil penalties defined in this chapter, and/or fine persons for violating cease and desist orders and/or sue persons for recovery of fines imposed under this chapter, after a hearing conducted in accordance with this chapter and the Administrative Procedures Act [Chapter 101 of Title 29]. (10) Prepare and maintain a registry of Licensed Dietitians/Nutritionists. (11) Promulgate regulations specifically identifying those crimes which are substantially related to the provision of dietetic and nutrition therapy.
