(a) Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prevent persons engaged solely in teaching the science of geology from continuing to
engage in the act of teaching the science of geology;
(b) Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prevent the practice of geology by persons working under the direct supervision of a
Delaware licensed geologist; such licensed geologist shall be responsible for the activities of unlicensed persons practicing geology in this
State. The supervising licensed geologist shall inform the Board of the unlicensed practice of geology.
