Annual reports

The Association shall submit annually to the Governor and the State Auditor an annual report, certified by a certified public accountant,
detailing its income, expenses, assets and liabilities, as well as pertinent statistical and narrative information summarizing its regulatory
activities, changes in modus operandi and progress made within its area of responsibility. The Association shall send notice to the General
Assembly that such report was submitted to the Governor and the State Auditor.
