Temporary license [Effective until June 30, 2026]

The Executive Secretary may issue a temporary, 90-day license to practice pharmacy to a person who has made application for a
permanent license and whose application is pending. In issuing a temporary, 90-day license, the Board may impose conditions as it
considers appropriate, including, but not limited to, restrictions on the practice of pharmacy. The Board may grant 1 90-day extension of a
temporary license.
