Organization; meetings; officers; quorum

(a) The Board shall hold regularly scheduled business meetings at least once in each quarter of a calendar year, at other times as the
president of the Board considers necessary, and at the request of a majority of the Board members.
(b) The Board shall elect annually a president, vice president, and secretary. Each term of office is for 1 year. An officer may not serve
for more than 3 consecutive years in the same office.
(c) A majority of the members of the Board constitutes a quorum for the purpose of transacting business. However, at least 5 Board
members must vote affirmatively to find that grounds for discipline exist and to impose a sanction for a disciplinary violation.
(d) Minutes of all meetings of the Board must be recorded. The Division shall maintain copies of the recorded minutes. At any hearing
where evidence is presented, a record from which a verbatim transcript can be prepared shall be made. A person requesting a transcript
incurs the expense of preparing the transcript.
