Rules of the road

The United States Coast Guard "Rules of the Road," "International-Inland" and the "United States Coast Guard Regulations (pilot rules)
for Inland Waters," established pursuant thereto, and any amendments or changes thereto, shall be the state law on all "waters of the State,"
unless modified by state law or Department regulations. Fish and Wildlife Agents and the State Police shall have the authority for
enforcement of these rules on all waters of the State.
