Any person who violates this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not less than $5,000 nor more than $10,000 for the first offense and not less than $10,000 nor more than $20,000 for each subsequent offense. Part IV Miscellaneous Peer-to-Peer Car Sharing Program Act
