Legislative intent [For application of this section, see 79 Del. Laws, c. 161, § 5]

(a) The intent of the General Assembly is to protect the public health, safety, and welfare of the residents of the State by regulating the
relationship among new recreational vehicle dealers, manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers; maintaining competition; and providing
consumer protection and fair trade.
(b) The intent of the General Assembly is that the provisions of this chapter be applied to manufacturer-dealer agreements in regard to
new recreational vehicles, or new recreational trailers, entered into on or after July 1, 2014.
