Cease and desist orders and injunctive relief [For application of this section, see 79 Del. Laws, c. 161,

In addition to the legal remedies provided for in this chapter, the Division of Motor Vehicles is authorized to issue cease and desist
orders to any person, corporation, partnership, proprietorship or other legal entity who violates this chapter. The Division is also authorized
to file a complaint for injunctive relief with the Court of Chancery upon notice that a cease and desist order is violated. The Chancery
Court is authorized to award attorney fees and costs to the Division if a preliminary or permanent injunction is granted by the court.
Nothing herein shall prevent the Attorney General from seeking any other civil remedy or criminal sanction for any conduct constituting
a violation of this chapter.
