(a) Whoever makes any false affidavit or knowingly swears or affirms falsely to any matter or thing required by the terms of this chapter to be sworn to or affirmed is guilty of perjury and shall be fined or imprisoned as are other persons committing perjury. (b) Whoever provides information that is incorrect or incomplete when applying for a commercial driver's license is guilty of perjury and shall be fined or imprisoned as are other persons committing perjury. (c) Any driver's license or driving privileges for a person guilty of this section shall be forthwith suspended or canceled.
