A TNC, or a third party on the TNC's behalf, shall maintain the following customer records:
(1) Individual trip records for at least 1 year from the date each trip was provided;
(2) Individual records of TNC driver customers at least until the 1-year anniversary of the date on which a TNC driver's customer
relationship with the TNC has ended;
(3) The TNC driver's driver license number and state of licensure;
(4) The vehicle registration number, license plate number, and state of vehicle registration for each vehicle that the TNC driver will
use to provide prearranged rides;
(5) Documentation showing that the vehicle has been inspected in accordance with § 1914 of this title and that the TNC driver has
passed a criminal history record check and driving record check as required under § 1913 of this title.
