(a) The TNC must maintain an agent for service of process in the State. (b) The TNC must file with the Delaware Secretary of State articles of incorporation or foreign articles of incorporation and must meet all applicable business licensure requirements under the Delaware Code and Delaware Division of Revenue's regulations.
