Quorum; officers; meetings; staffing and fiscal support

(a) The number of members who must be present at a council meeting in order to have a quorum and conduct official business is the
majority of members. Counting for quorum does not include member positions that are vacant.
(b) The Council shall elect a chair from among its members. A chair serves for a 2-year term.
(c) The Council shall meet at least 4 times per calendar year. The Council shall comply with the Freedom of Information Act (Chapter
100 of Title 29) and post each meeting agenda, each meeting minutes, and other meeting materials on the State Public Meeting Calendar.
(d) The Department of Transportation, through the Planning Division, shall provide reasonable staff and fiscal support to assist the
Council in performing its duties under this chapter.
