Exemption from rules and regulations; special purpose captive insurance companies

The Commissioner, on a case by case basis, may by order exempt a special purpose captive insurance company from the provisions of
this chapter and any rule or regulation established by the Commissioner pursuant to § 6915 of this title that, as reasonably determined
by the Commissioner based on such factors deemed relevant by the Commissioner consistent with the purposes of this chapter, are
inappropriate to apply to such special purpose captive insurance company.
