Nondisclosure of nonpublic personal information; adoption of regulations

No person regulated pursuant to this title shall disclose any nonpublic personal information contrary to the provisions of Title V of the
Gramm Leach Bliley Act of 1999 (Public Law 106-002; [15 U.S.C. § 6801 et seq.]). The Commissioner may adopt rules and regulations
necessary to carry out this section. Such rules and regulations shall be consistent with the provisions of Title V of the Gramm Leach
Bliley Act of 1999. Nothing in this section shall be construed to create a private cause of action.
