Pecuniary interest of member or employee; penalty

Whoever, being a member or employee of the Department, is directly or indirectly pecuniarily interested in any contract or subcontract
made in connection with the construction, improvement, repair, operation or maintenance of any toll crossing operated or maintained by
the Department shall be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned not more than 2 years or both.
