Use of lands under Delaware River

The State of Delaware consents to the use by the Department, in any manner whatsoever in the performance of its duties under this
chapter, of all lands lying under the waters of the Delaware River which are within the State and are deemed by the Department to be
necessary for the construction and operation of the Delaware Memorial Bridge and of any other toll crossing which the Department may
construct or maintain under this chapter.
