Use of lands under Delaware River

The State consents to the use by the Department, in any manner whatsoever in the performance of its duties hereunder, of all lands lying
under the waters of the Delaware River which are within the State and are deemed by the Department to be necessary for the construction
and operation of the Bridge and the approaches and appurtenances thereto.
