Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
The Department may require a wireless provider to repair all damage to the ROW directly caused by the activities of the wireless
provider, while occupying, installing, repairing or maintaining wireless facilities, small wireless support structures or utility poles in the
ROW and to return the ROW to its functional equivalence before the damage pursuant to the competitively neutral, reasonable

requirements and specifications of the Department. If the wireless provider fails to make the repairs required by the Department within a
reasonable time after written notice, the Department may effect those repairs and charge the applicable party the reasonable, documented
