Inspection agreements and training programs

(a) Subject to the approval of the Governor, the Authority may enter into agreements with the federal government, other states or
interstate agencies for inspections or other functions relating to control of sources of ionizing radiation.
(b) The Authority or its duly authorized representatives may institute training programs for the purpose of qualifying personnel to carry
out this chapter and may make personnel available for participation in any program or programs of the federal government, other states
or interstate agencies.
