(a) The State Fire Marshal shall assess all civil penalties as outlined in this chapter. (b) All civil penalties will be paid within 30 days of assessment. (c) The moneys derived from the civil penalties will be split equally between the State Fire Marshal for enforcement of this section, and the Fire Detection Fund pursuant to § 6637 of this title.
