The Division of Developmental Disabilities Services may establish and operate centers for vocational, habilitative and social skill development for persons diagnosed with mental retardation or other specific developmental disabilities. The operation of such said centers shall be governed by the Division's rules and regulations. §§ 5523, 5524. Commitment of person confined in another state institution; procedure; commitment to a penal institution or a detention home; release [Repealed]. Repealed by 75 Del. Laws, c. 285, § 2, effective June 15, 2006.
