All delivery trucks and wagons maintained by persons holding licenses shall be kept clean and shall bear the license number and the name of the town or city where the licensed establishment is located. (Code 1915, § 780D; 33 Del. Laws, c. 55, § 1; Code 1935, § 844; 16 Del. C. 1953, § 4307.)
