inspection [For application of this section, see 84 Del. Laws, c. 261, § 16]. (a) A person, firm, organization, or association desiring to acquire, erect, or construct a crematory or natural organic reduction facility shall first obtain approval from the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control. (b) The crematory or natural organic reduction facility must be constructed in accordance with regulations adopted under Chapters 60 and 79 of Title 7 and may not be located, managed, or conducted at any time in such a way as to be a public nuisance. (c) The crematory or natural organic reduction facility is subject at all times to inspection by the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, the Department of Health and Social Services, and by officers of the state law-enforcement departments as may desire to inspect it.
