For purposes of this chapter: (1) "Contraceptives" means contraceptive medications approved by the Food and Drug Administration. (2) "Health-care practitioner" means an individual licensed and authorized to write medical orders for an individual under Title 24. (3) "Pharmacist" means an individual licensed under Chapter 25 of Title 24.
