(a) Any person subjected to discrimination in violation of this subchapter or who has reasonable grounds for believing that such person is about to be subjected to discrimination in violation of this subchapter may bring an action in the Court of Chancery for injunctive or other equitable relief. (b) The Court shall accord priority on its calendar and expeditiously proceed with an action brought under this section. (c) Nothing in this section is intended to limit or replace available remedies under the Americans with Disabilities Act [42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.] or any other applicable law.
