(a) There is hereby created a special fund in the State Treasury to be known as the Organ and Tissue Donor Awareness Trust Fund. (b) Moneys deposited into the Fund and interest which accrues from those funds are hereby appropriated to the Organ and Tissue Donor Awareness Board as a continuing appropriation, to be distributed by the board in the manner provided in and for the purposes delineated in § 2730 of this title. Funds in the Organ and Tissue Donor Awareness Fund shall not lapse.
