The Division of Public Health shall do all of the following within 60 days of receiving notification through the universal reporting system established by this chapter that a child has an elevated blood lead level: (1) Determine the residential address of the child from birth through the date of testing. (2) Make a determination as to the child's lead-exposure site. (3) Determine the owner of the child's lead-exposure site and obtain contact information for the owner of the lead-exposure site.
